Limits scale with
what you've bought.
These are throughput caps, not plans. When your cumulative credit purchases cross a threshold, the higher limits apply from then on — permanently. Nothing renews, nothing lapses, and nothing downgrades you.

Card payments are not enabled yet. The purchase flow is wired end to end, but the payment processor is not live in production — picking a pack takes you to /dashboard/billing, which will tell you plainly that payments are not yet enabled rather than failing silently. The free quota and enterprise onboarding work today.
