Terms of Service
Effective as of April 18, 2026. This agreement is between you and Numen Labs LLC, operator of the WE1WEB network, and governs your participation in the WE1WEB decentralized compute network.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WE1WEB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Compute Resource Contribution
Users who contribute hardware resources to the decentralized swarm acknowledge that such contributions are voluntary. The platform does not guarantee specific reward amounts, as distributions are based on network demand, task verification, and protocol-defined algorithmic weights.
3. Acceptable Use of Infrastructure
The platform must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users agree not to attempt to circumvent network security, manipulate benchmark results, or engage in any activity that interferes with the integrity of the decentralized compute swarm.
4. Limitation of Liability
WE1WEB provides a decentralized protocol "as is". In no event shall Numen Labs LLC, the platform, or its contributors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform.
5. Protocol Governance
The platform operates under a decentralized governance model. Terms, reward structures, and technical parameters may be subject to change through community consensus and protocol updates. Your continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the current protocol state.
Notice of Risk
Participation in decentralized compute networks involves technical and economic risks. By using this protocol, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own hardware security and the management of your cryptographic credentials.
